What we did:
Restructured advertising campaigns focusing on segmentation by types of legal inquiries
Implemented service ads based on local targeting for different cities in Ukraine
Optimized ad texts for specific legal issues of potential clients
Added remarketing with personalized offers for website visitors
Set up a conversion funnel with separate landing pages for each service
Results:
Targeted traffic increased by 608% (from 1.2K to 8.5K/month)
Conversion rate increased from 2.4% to 8.2% (+242%)
Monthly number of clients grew from 14 to 112 (+700%)
ROI increased from 140% to 480% (+243%)
Budget grew to 65,000 UAH per month with positive ROI dynamics
Key conclusions:
Search campaigns accounted for the largest share of inquiries (58%) with a high ROI (520%)
Remarketing showed the highest ROI (620%) but only 22% of total inquiries
Corporate law and tax consulting are the most profitable areas (margin 55% and 60%)
Focusing on high-margin legal services allowed increasing the average check
The percentage of repeat clients increased to 61% thanks to loyalty programs and retargeting
