Advertising announcement

Task:
Develop a visual concept for an advertising layout that inspires trust, conveys modernity, and demonstrates the company's key services in the field of private house construction.

Solution:
I created a layout in a minimalist style with an emphasis on a 3D visualization of a modern house — the central visual element. The visual style is built on a combination of white, blue, and green — these colors evoke associations with reliability, purity, and growth.

The composition is logically divided:
the main message — "Let's create the house of your dreams" — is placed in the center, and the list of services and contact information — at the bottom for easy reading. Highlights in the text are made by emphasizing key words in bold font.
