Removal of noise with storage of details (detal)

Fighting noise is a difficult task. The main problem with the use of noise filters is the loss of details. This image was taken by the Canon EOS 400D camera at ISO 1600 and drawn into the Camera RAW at 4 feet. It’s a horrible spectacle, right? On this photo I eliminated noise, and not just saved, but even enhanced the detailing of the photo.
