Replanning of a 3-room apartment in a brick building

For the client, a comprehensive set of works was carried out for the redesign of a 3-room apartment in a brick building.
The project included:
• Preparation of a measurement plan based on data from the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) and measurements from the client;
• Development of several redesign options taking into account the client's wishes and regulatory requirements;
• Discussion and phased implementation of corrections;
• Preparation of the final version for approval.

As a result, the client received a thoughtful, ergonomic layout, adapted to the individual needs of the family and ready for implementation and approval.
