The proposed residential group is part of the 57th micro area, which is planned to be built in the southwestern part of the city.The building section is located directly next to the street of the district meaning that connects the micro-region with the residential massive "Almazny".From the south, near the area of the residential group, there are artificial waters with a green area of rest.The general plan of the housing group is decided in such a way to reveal the interior space in the direction of artificial waters and recreation zones, while at the same time protecting the territory from the side of the street of district importance.Land parking and underground garage parking are located in the intermiths between housing groups.The interior has a well-being and green.The flooring of the housing corps has a cross-cross pass that allows to make the interior wall completely pedestrian.Access to transport to the entrances of the subway is provided from the outside of the residential group.#3dsmax #V-Ray #ArchiCAD #exterior
