Residential Business Class Complex in Kiev

The project was launched by me at the beginning of February. The chart clearly shows the increase in conversions and the decrease in conversion costs, which indicates the constant optimization and work on the project. Also, as in previous cases, I managed to level the decline due to a pandemic, which was severe in the real estate sector.
Currently, the cost of the macroconversion is ~500 UAH, which is a very good indicator for business class real estate in Kiev.
