Restore access to the old site on Netcat

The client had a copy of the site which they did in 2012. The site was written on Netcat.
The client wanted to change the domain of the site, so to launch it again online, to copy a part of the content to a new site.
Over the course of 2 dB the site managed to "stay" and launch. Customer pleased and thanked. I said that it could not be launched for 3 weeks.
