Return of real estate worth 17 million UAH through the court

Accompaniment of a civil case for the cancellation of illegal state registration of property rights and the recovery of real estate from illegal possession by others.

As part of the work, the following was carried out:
– legal analysis of the situation and formation of a legal position
– preparation and submission of a claim statement
– formation of an evidence base
– participation in the court process
– proving the validity of the claims in court

Result: the claim was fully satisfied, the court's decision canceled the illegal registration of rights and recovered the property in favor of the claimant.
