Ringostat: call webhook in CRM

Webhook bridge for calls: checking payload, deduplication of repeats by uniqueid, attribution of the call to the advertising channel via UTM, lead card in CRM, and auto-task for a callback on missed calls. There is a number substitution widget, honestly marked as a simulation of the Ringostat script.
