SaaS platform for online art auctions with CRM and bidding system

Dukat Art — an auction house in Kyiv that specializes in selling works of art. The old website was unstable: regular crashes occurred, and conducting online auctions was accompanied by technical problems. This reduced user trust and complicated auction management.
The project task was to completely modernize the system — to develop a stable platform for conducting online auctions and to implement CRM logic for managing auctions and the client base.
