AI sales agent for an online handbag store (Germany)

Within this project, an AI assistant for e-commerce was developed that works as a digital sales manager.
The assistant helps customers choose products, answers questions, and guides them from the first inquiry to purchase.

This is not a standard chatbot, but an intelligent system fully integrated with the online store and its product database.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE CUSTOMER

The customer writes in the chat what kind of bag they are looking for, for example: “I need a small evening bag”.
The AI assistant analyzes the request, finds suitable products in the store catalog, and sends relevant options directly to the chat.
The customer can view the product or proceed directly to purchase.
