The concept combines the minimalist geometry of Bauhaus with the atmosphere of Dubai luxury — dark premium materials, warm lighting, and panoramic glazing create the effect of an expensive spa space. The linear modular structure allows for the adaptation of the project for mass production without complex decorative elements. The use of wood, glass, metal, and stone textures makes the design visually expensive yet technically realistic for production.
