Saved the client 12,300 UAH

The client (individual entrepreneur, group 3) submitted a declaration for the year 2024 through "Diia." The declaration was successfully accepted, but she did not uncheck the box regarding the non-payment of the unified social tax.

Error result
As a result, the system automatically recognized a debt to the budget in the amount of 12,320 UAH.

Tax authority's reaction
The tax authority immediately issued a notification-decision about the fine. In a panic, the client turned to me.

My actions

I prepared and submitted a clarifying declaration based on the results of the year 2024.

Result
In just 3 days, the debt of 12,320 UAH was annulled, and the client completely resolved the issue with the tax authority.
