Format: 50 seconds, vertical video 9:16
Goal — to hold the viewer's attention until the end and evoke emotion.

What has been done:

Hook: “In GULAG people were forced to build the railway… with their hands. Literally.”

A script with three facts, built on the principle: shock → short story → horrifying detail
