Scientific visualization and 3D modeling: Optimization of the centrifuge

Context: Development of a technical graphics package for a scientific article on the topic: "Structural optimization of the centrifuge drum to improve wax melting quality: mechanical-technological justification."

Task: Transform complex engineering calculations and drawings into clear 3D illustrations suitable for publication in international scientific journals. It was necessary to show the advantages of the new design compared to the old one.

Completed work:

3D modeling of the product: Detailed visualization of the perforated drum with stiffening ribs (cross-section, isometric view).

Visualization of physical processes: Schematic representation of steam flows and raw material movement inside the centrifuge (Cross-section view).

Stress analysis (FEA Visualization): Construction of color maps of stress distribution (Heatmap) based on von Mises for justification of the structure's strength.

Technical infographics: Design of perforation schemes in accordance with engineering standards (dimensions, callouts, technical labels).
