3D sculpting from photo: Portrait of a nun (for 3D printing)

Creating a 3D portrait from a single 2D reference (photograph).

The main task was to accurately convey the facial features, anatomy, and characteristic geometry of the complex headpiece. The work was done entirely by hand using digital sculpting techniques (without the use of neural networks or auto-generations).

It excellently demonstrates the skill of creating portrait likeness. The model is well-suited for subsequent 3D printing, creating a master model, or casting a figurine.
