The project involved the development of a web platform for ordering towing services in Ukraine. The solution connects drivers in need of assistance with owners of special equipment, providing a convenient process for submitting requests and managing orders.
Our team was responsible for developing the backend and partially implementing the frontend, focusing on the stable operation of the service: registration, order processing, and real-time data updates on the map. We optimized the request processing process and implemented a feedback system, which increased the level of trust and convenience of the platform for both clients and contractors.
