Service involving REST, WEB and other fashion words

This is a very interesting project, with several opposite areas of programming.

It is implemented on the .NET (C#) platform. It works as a Windows service and logically consists of the following components:
1 . REST-API server
2nd Web server
Three Web Interface
4 . Layer responsible for low-level work with equipment
