Lead the Design Thinking Process, focusing on understanding the needs of users and creating innovative solutions for the client
Participate in user research and partner with internal researchers on usability testing
Create wireframes, user interface design and prototypes using Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design tools
Create and deliver high quality Visual Design outcomes (layouts, components, supporting documentation, etc.)Use analytics, insights and customer data to identify opportunities for improving visual design
Collaborate with other designers and researchers offering advice and constructive feedback on design/usability review
Act as a key member of various teams working in a fast-paced agile environment
Engage with clients to proactively identify areas of improving user experience
