Shell-and-tube heat exchanger, area 855m2, diameter 2000mm

A heat exchanger has been developed according to the technical task. The thickness of the casing has been calculated for the impact of pressure in a vacuum. The pipes are reinforced with ribs. The covers have been calculated for strength, made and sealed with consideration of production needs (reusable gasket, beam for opening). The supports have been calculated for strength. Drawings, layouts, and DXF files for production have been created. All necessary materials for manufacturing have been selected and purchased. Support has been provided during the manufacturing of the heat exchanger at the production site.
