Simple Telegram-bot for the issuance of kupons

It releases a coupon to ordinary users when entering /start (the button "Print"). A regular user cannot receive more than one coupon. The administrator can get as many coups as you want, and also add new coups to the database using the /updatecoupons command and the coupons.txt file.
