Site health monitoring service on Laravel 10

A service for tracking the status of a site using a request. The service was created using the Laravel framework and the Livewire plugin. Layout - Tailwind CSS, Flowbite. Also, a telegram bot was created, and in case of an error a message is sent in telegram.
