Client
Dream Watch — an international seller of original Swiss watches, jewelry, and accessories with boutiques in Warsaw and Kyiv. The company has been operating since 2014 and specializes in selling premium brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, and others.

Task
•Increase sales volume through Google while maintaining the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and simultaneously reducing the business's dependence on paid traffic by developing SEO.

What was done
•The structure of Google Ads was completely redesigned.
•The semantic core and search campaigns were optimized.
•Work was set up with brand and category queries.
•Constant optimization of bids and budget based on data.
•Work on the effectiveness of landing pages.
•SEO optimization of the website structure and categories.
•Expansion of semantic coverage and technical optimization of the site.
•Regular analysis of search demand and adjustment of strategy.

Google Ads Results
For the reporting period:
•advertising budget — 655,000+ PLN;
•over 1.6 million interactions;
•almost 9 million impressions.
•At the same time, the advertising system was scaled without significant loss of effectiveness, allowing for a stable flow of potential clients.
SEO

Alongside advertising, systematic work on organic search was conducted. Compared to the same period:
•organic traffic increased from 53,100 to 92,600 clicks (+74%);
•the number of impressions increased from 953,000 to 1.82 million (+91%);
•the average position of the site improved almost twofold — from 13 to 6.4.

The most important result of this project is not the volume of the advertising budget or the number of impressions.
•A system was established in which Google Ads provides a predictable flow of sales in the short term, while SEO gradually increases the share of free traffic and reduces the business's dependence on paid advertising.
It is this combination of channels that allows for scaling the online store significantly more sustainably than using only advertising or only search promotion.
