We started the project with an analysis of competitors in Moscow and the region. They gathered about 10 large stores and on their basis developed a new concept of the site.
Based on the analysis of the competitors and the current site, we formed a document of 13 pages with a list of improvements.
In addition to the version for personal computers, a mobile version of the main pages has also been made. According to the analysis, 60% of visitors entered the site from mobile devices.
Before the project is completed, the manager will check the steps taken for compliance with the brief, the prototype development rules, the design, the requirements for the HTML sheet and the linking of patterns to the site.
