The customer addressed me with a request to create an online store for the sale of products from natural wood and epoxide resin.He told me that his previous site had an old design that had a negative impact on the conversion and did not reflect the beauty of his manual work.Before starting a project, we conducted a consultation with the customer to better understand his business and the requirements for a new site.We have analyzed its target audience, competitors and the peculiarities of its products.This phase was extremely important for creating an effective online store that will attract attention and provide a high conversion.After we had a clear idea of the customer’s needs, I started to develop the design, taking into account its existing brand identity.We aimed at creating a modern and attractive design that emphasized the uniqueity of the product and attracted the attention of the visitors.After a successful design agreement, we went to fill the site with the necessary information.I packed the site so that each item position, contacts, sections "On Us" and articles were displayed on the SlabWood site.In addition, we have implemented CRM connections, payment systems and domain settings to ensure customer convenience and efficient business management.Our cooperation with the customer did not end after the launch of the site.I gave him support and advice for three months.By answering questions, solving technical questions and helping to improve the functionality of the site, I the customer successfully develop his business.
