This small utility and the problem-solving algorithm that I invented in time to break down a database where there was no hope.
At the entrance we had sufficiently valuable data of 30 million records, human factor, and all data is not divided by columns.
The task was to divide the data, bring BD to a more normal form.
90% of the results were successfully processed.
