Responsible for coordinating product development from concept and UX architecture to technical implementation, integrations, and launching the marketing infrastructure. Organized the work of the team of developers, designers, and marketers, made key product and technical decisions.
Platform and UX/UI Design
Designed the UX/UI architecture of the platform and organized the development of a dynamic landing page according to modern UX/UI standards.

Development of AI Agents
Participated in the design and coordinated the implementation of a modular system of AI agents for business process automation:
— AI Sales Manager — lead qualification, follow-up scenarios
— AI Call Center — call handling and request routing
— AI Document Operator — document generation and application processing
— AI Chat Operator — handling inquiries in messengers and marketplaces
CRM Integrations and Lead Automation
Designed a system for automatic application processing:
— integration of website forms with CRM
— transfer of applications to a Telegram bot for managers
— automatic follow-up messages
— function of automatic callback to clients through an AI bot
Analytics and Marketing
Built an analytics system through Google Tag Manager with tracking of traffic sources, user behavior, and conversions. This allowed for transparent evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising channels.
Organized the launch of advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads for segments of eCommerce, medical services, and online education.
