SMM case cosmetic brand Dermaskill
How I worked on creating a strategy for Dermaskill and what it included:
1 .Together with the customer, I outlined the goals of entering the social media and SMM tasks.The 2ndAnalyzed the current situation of the project on the market: conducted an audit of the niche, product, company in the context of social networks.3 .Made up 2 groups of the target audience.and 4.Identified strengths and weaknesses.I focused on the UTP in the first posts.and 5.Made a content strategy for social networks: identified the voice of the brand, prescribed categories, types and quantity of recommended content and made a content plan for 2 months at once - 60 posts.Since the brand has just appeared on Instagram, we needed to fill it as much as possible, and then attract subscribers and potential customers to our account.After there were 20 posts in the profile, they were alternately promoted through targeting and there was a demand for products - the goal of the brand's presence in social networks began to move up.6 .Selected references for visual content and approved with the customer.7 .I prescribed a technical task for a photographer and videographer
8thPrescribed the data of the target audience for targeted advertising.The 9.Compiled a script and template for communication with subscribers.The 10.Showed what KPIs to measure performance indicators.
