SMS authorization by code when placing an order

It is necessary to create a system on our website so that after a person adds items to the cart and goes to the checkout, they first have to confirm their phone number with an SMS code, and then proceed to the delivery checkout. We want to do this to avoid "fake" orders from "clicker" bots that ruin conversion optimization.
