In the course of 6 months, the work was carried out on the repair of the store on the Prom.

Before the start of work:
1 .Unemployed store
2ndInconformity of information in the cards of goods - their description, photo, price
ThreeA large number of suppliers and the impossibility to quickly determine which supplier belongs to that or another position
4 .Non-optimized prices and the constant need to re-setting Excel tables with any changes - prices, availability, adding new positions

What was done:
1 .Removed categories that were not interested or with the impossibility to identify the supplier
2ndBring all the prizes into one format with their own base of goods
ThreeAdded labels for all goods with supplier data
4 .Reduce the number of positions on the site from 8000 to 3000 (more possibilities for maneuver in the future)
and 5.Created separate tables under each supplier in Google Docs
6 .Added new categories of goods (Automatics, household equipment)

Results of work:
1 .Reduced number of refuses due to the absence of the goods, inaccuracy of the price, the impossibility of contacting the supplier
2ndIncreased range and simplified work with it (shares, changes in prices and availability - in a couple of clicks)
