Statistics and call recording (web application)

A web application that allows:
- listening to the records of all calls for any period, for each agent;
- viewing statistics (+ building graphs) on the answered, not received calls, as well as on the effectiveness of each agent and phone number;
Hearing the conversation of the agent in real time (real time).
