Storage of file links in the BAS (1C) database
Modern BAS configurations allow for attaching any files (most often images, scans of documents) to certain objects in the database. However, when there are too many, the database becomes excessively large, complicating work with it. In such cases, necessary files can be stored separately (for example, on Google Drive), and only links to them can be recorded in the database. I provide an example of such document storage for employees for the HR department.
