The client needed not just a website, but a tool that:
- accepts applications from the website
- saves them in a convenient format
- automatically transfers them to the management system
- allows for quick responses to orders
I developed a website on WordPress and built automation for processing applications:
- Forms were created using Forminator
- Data is automatically sent to Excel (Google Sheets)
- Integration is set up through Zapier
- Applications are transferred to the client's system, where they can view and process orders
What was achieved
- The client receives applications in real time
- All information is structured and not lost
- The order processing process is simplified
- Manual labor is minimized
