This site is written in Python and uses Flask on the backend. There is support for two languages: Ukrainian and English (languages are determined automatically thanks to Flask-Babel). Links can be changed if a password was entered during their creation (the password is stored in hashed form in the database). If no password is entered, then the link cannot be changed.
