Project goal: To create high-quality content for the presentation of automotive wheels (using original ROTA 18x8 ET48 wheels as an example). The task was to demonstrate both the actual condition of the product (for the secondary market or restoration workshops) and to create a premium "catalog" visual on a dark background for online stores or brands.
What was done:
Reportage/studio approach: Two types of shots were created — a detailed realistic photo in daylight and an artistic shot in low-key with an emphasis on the geometry and texture of the metal.
Working with light: Proper light-shadow drawing was set up to highlight the volume of the spokes, avoid unwanted glare on polished elements, and convey the original shade of the coating.
Post-production (retouching): Basic and deep retouching was carried out, exposure alignment, background cleaning, and texture highlighting to create a "premium" product effect.
