Survey and post analytics bot

There was an order to create a Telegram bot for analytics for the company Grand Car.
The bot can:

1. Surveys:
✓ Can conduct surveys
✓ Can track who voted (name, username, ID)
✓ Tracks the user's option
✓ Percentage ratio of those who voted/did not vote
✓ Statistics on response options
✓ List of those who did not vote (from active users)

2. Posts:
✓ Can track posts
✓ Tracks only people with rights (owners, administrators, etc.)
✓ Sees reactions
✓ Sees those who wrote “+” under the comment
✓ List of all reactions
✓ List of all who responded to the post
✓ List of all who did not respond to the post

3. Additional features:
✓ Convenient intuitive design
✓ Export to Excel
✓ Periodic tasks
✓ Works on a remote server
