Synchronization of goods from XML to Bitrix24 by API

In the available by http-link changing XML file is the current state of the goods base.
This file and goods are analyzed in Bitrix24 and further by API performing typical operations (in goods is unique number):
- add a product (including images, in XML's their URLs), if such in Bitrix is not active and it is in XML's active;
- activate the product if it is, but not active, and in XML is active;
- deactivate the product if it is active and in XML it is not active or absent.
