Synchronization of Goodshop and YUG Contract

A synchronization module for online store products has been developed on the Khoroshop platform with the supplier YUG Contract using the supplier's API.
The module is scheduled to run using the cron scheduler.
Missing products are automatically added to the database. Existing products have their availability, price, and other parameters, set in the settings, updated.

To install the module, a proxy website is required.
