CRM system in Notion for managing clients, finances, and team interaction
Project goal:
Build a universal business management system in Notion — from CRM to finances and team collaboration — focusing on convenience, flexibility, and scalability.
— What has been implemented:
1. CRM module
- Contacts and Deals database with complete interaction history
- Statuses: New, In Progress, Awaiting Response, Closed – Successful/Lost
- Automatic links between contacts, deals, tasks
- Views by manager, stage, deadline
2. Trackers and reporting
- Financial tracker: income, expenses, taxes, profitability
- Support tracker: customer request history, responsible persons, deadlines
- Google Drive reports: integration with Google Drive for storing documents and media
3. Processes and documents
- Documents database: contract templates, briefs, presentations
- Knowledge base: instructions, answers to common questions, onboarding
- Communication panel: Slack channels, statuses, notes after calls
4. Task management
- Flexible task board (Kanban) with filters by status, responsible person, deadline
- Linking tasks to deals, clients, internal processes
- Ability to create weekly sprints

- Notion – as the foundation of the entire system
- Google Drive – for external files and reports
- Slack – for internal communication
- Formulas, relations, templates, automatic views in Notion
