The advertising was set up and working, but it stopped being profitable from this channel unlike other online sales channels. Our task was to optimize the advertising account in such a way that the advertising from this channel would start working profitably again.

As a result of the account audit, we found points to move forward and which mistakes could be corrected first in the advertising cabinet. We fixed the mistakes, set up UTM tags to see sales from Facebook in the CRM system and track results and effectiveness. We launched ads for those products that should have been advertised considering the budget and audience breakdowns. We set up look-a-like audiences according to the latest settings. During testing, we turned off a number of campaigns and kept a number of campaigns running. In the first month of cooperation, we reduced account expenses from $1139 to $900, and the cost per sale was halved from $11.37 to $5.9. At the same time, the number of leads increased from 65 to 125, and in the following months to 300-400 sales thanks to scaling (screenshot).
