A similar situation to the yoga case, they also approached me while working with incompetent targetologists.
I analyzed what was going on with the client's work and listed all the mistakes, namely:
1. did not test video creatives at all
2. static creatives are not adapted for posts and stories
3. do not turn off campaigns with poor results as if they started advertising and do not monitor it
4. there was no call to action on the layouts
5. did not understand the offers for the target audience
6. interests are not worked out
After correcting at least these mistakes, we received a 27% lower price per lead.
The client suffered greatly from communication in direct messages and the approach to the business strategy as a whole, so target leads were often not processed, which affected our Roas.
