Case: Targeted advertising for the psychologist matching platform "Nearby"

Task:
Set up effective targeted advertising to attract potential clients to the platform.
Optimize the cost per lead and increase the conversion to consultation bookings.

What we did:
Testing creatives:
We checked dynamic and static ad formats.
We found that the best results in terms of lead cost ($1.5 per conversation) came from a specific connection between the creative and the offer.
However, low conversion to payment forced us to rethink our approach.

Transition to quiz model:
Launched SMS Quiz to attract higher quality leads.
Prepared scripts for the client for effective communication.
Developed an automated Direct mailing that worked as a funnel.

Quiz results over 3 weeks:

Number of completed quizzes: 36
Cost per lead: $4.16
CTR: 1.44%
CPM: $4.60

Conclusions and value:
The transition to the quiz allowed us to attract a more interested audience.
Automated communications improved the customer journey and increased the number of payments.
It is important not only to generate applications but also to process them correctly on the client's side.
