The client's goal is to attract new inquiries for branded products (t-shirts, mugs, notebooks, bags, etc.) through advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
At the initial stage, research was conducted on the target audience. The main segment includes small and medium business owners, marketers, and HR specialists who order corporate products. Geography – large cities of Ukraine.
AB testing was conducted on several creatives (photos of finished products, videos of the printing process, before/after format) and two variants of texts – emotional and rational. Meta Pixel was also set up for data collection and conversion optimization.
The ads were launched to a warm audience (website visitors, social media followers) and a Lookalike audience based on the previous client database. Carousel and video formats were used.
Results for the campaign period:
- Cost per inquiry – 65 UAH
- Number of inquiries – 298
Creatives featuring examples of finished products and texts emphasizing the speed of order fulfillment and the possibility of printing from 1 piece worked best.
