Task management automation: JotForm → Trello via Make
I have developed automation for task management that completely eliminates manual creation and distribution of tasks among teams.
How the system works:
- data from JotForm comes through a webhook
- a router and filters are used in Make.com to determine the department (Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- a Trello card is automatically created on the appropriate team board
