The software had to offer the functionality for shoppers, warehouse staff and the client. The clients original e-store required constant support and had many problems resulting in the loss of customers

The Business Solution:

After a thorough analysis of the app's performance our team decided to create a new server-less app with separate functionality to support the business logic of shoppers and warehouses. This provided faster support and more efficient sells over the internet.
In general we improved the apps by these criteria: ease to use, stability and prevention of the customers loss.
