Worked on an IT education platform aimed at providing users with high-quality learning experiences in the technology sector. I was involved from the very beginning of the project, participating in all major stages, including requirement analysis, planning, development discussions, testing, and release preparation.

My main responsibilities included creating the full suite of test documentation: detailed test plans, test cases, checklists, and bug reports. I developed a structured and transparent testing approach to ensure maximum coverage of functional, UI/UX, and integration scenarios. This documentation became a foundation for the QA process and was actively used by the whole team during the project lifecycle.

I also carried out manual functional and regression testing, validating both frontend and backend components. I actively used Postman for API testing, verifying request/response structures, status codes, data validation, and backend logic to ensure seamless interaction between the web interface and the server.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with developers, designers, and project managers, providing early feedback and participating in sprint reviews and retrospectives. I helped identify potential risks and bottlenecks at early stages, which significantly reduced the number of critical issues before the release.

My involvement helped the team to improve the product’s quality, maintain efficient workflows, and deliver a stable and user-friendly learning platform on time. The project was successfully completed, meeting all the initial business goals, and the platform was launched with positive feedback from early users.
