Organization of Working Process
This is the most difficult stage in my position as a specialist, and he is still far from the ideal.Working processes involve a lot of different aspects.One of them is the organization of work files.
I came to web design with graphic design, and my "cockpit" work file in Photoshop was usually not seen by anyone except me.To the print I gave the already taken balls of the file and no one was curious that I had there behind the balls.
Therefore, when I went to web design, I was still very skeptical about the need to organize a work file, not to mention the files with elements and materials.I'm lucky that the first projects in web design was overwhelmed by my acquaintance.It was only a little to re-create the existing design in Photoshop.But when I opened it, it was terrible.
Each ball was named “rectangle” or “layer”.The popcorn was not at all, and the structure was balanced "on the eye".I didn’t know sure yet, but I missed the idea that the makeup should have some structure...
The first Google results opened me a lot of answers about the structure of the document, the names of the files, groups and sections.
By broadening that file, I understood the value of the order:
- You will be more clear where the element is;
Your file can be used by another designer according to your needs (as in my situation);
You will not have a stupid reputation.
- You will love frontend developers - because you're a bubble :)
- The more careful you are to your job, the more it will inspire you for the best result;
I tend to the classic version of the headsets on the organization of a file from Photoshop and use it in all graphic programs (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator...).You can find them under the name "Photoshop Etiquette".I am glad to look at it and use it clearly in my work.
