Telegram bot "Apartment Radar": Automatic real estate parsing

Developed a Python script for automatic monitoring of new rental listings from owners on the OLX platform.
Technical stack: Python, Telegram API, web scraping libraries.
Implemented functionality:
• Continuous monitoring of new listings based on specified parameters (location, price, etc.).
• Filtering of publications (eliminating agencies, leaving only direct owners).
• Instant sending of messages to a Telegram channel as soon as a new apartment appears (with photos, price, and direct link).
Result: A fully automated housing search process that allows obtaining the best options faster than others, eliminating the need for manual page refresh on the website.
