Telegram Car Wash Bot with built-in "Customer Loyalty Program"
Initial client request:
Telegram Bot with the ability to submit applications for booking car wash services and an integrated loyalty program for customers. Separate access to the bot for car wash administrators with the ability to: View customer data/Book a time for washing the customer/Add a service provided to the customer database.
Goal:
1. Attracting new customers (Lead generation). Ability to launch advertising campaigns on the Bot, both online (social networks, etc.) and offline (flyers, banners, etc.)
2. Re-engaging customers for repeat services through sending promotional offers and reminders when certain types of cyclical services are due.
3. Increasing loyalty of regular customers
4. Obtain a convenient tool for managing the customer database, which will automatically calculate discounts and bonuses for customers
Formulated project brief after initial briefing with the client:
Bot functionality:
1. Ability for the customer to submit an application for car wash services - consultation funnel built into the Bot itself;
2. Applications for washing through integration should be forwarded to a separate Telegram group for Admins. They should contain customer data and a direct link to the function of booking a specific time and date for the customer's future visit, directly in the bot's admin panel. Also, all this data should be stored in Google Sheets;
3. Admin panel (part of the bot for administrators) will be implemented within the same bot. Access to it is through a special link or keyword (password); That is, there is a separate admin panel in the bot itself and a separate group for administrators, where all important messages and applications come through integration.
4. When processing a car wash application, by following the link from the Telegram group, as well as after the customer's payment for the next service, the administrator should have access to:
A) The ability to directly book a specific time and date for the customer in the bot, which is stored in Google Sheets;
B) The ability to confirm the paid service of the customer, indicating: the service itself/its cost/its date;
C) General customer information: contact details/number of washes/money spent/discount amount;
D) Information about the last 5 car wash services provided to this customer stored in Google Sheets and available upon request;
5. Also, the ability to receive all customer data from Google Sheets, as listed above, by searching for the customer in the bot's Admin panel by: a) phone number; b) customer ID c) Telegram nickname;
6. In addition to the ability to submit an application for the customer, there should be the ability to ask a question, the answer to which comes either in the bot itself or by phone (depending on the customer's choice);
7. In the customer part of the bot, the customer should be able to submit an application for confirmation of the paid service, with a notification to the administrator about this application. And after confirmation by the administrator, a notification to the customer in the bot;
8. The Bot should have a discount program for the customer. Upon confirmation of the car wash by the administrator, the customer should be credited with the number of washes and the money spent on these washes. Based on these indicators, the bot should automatically calculate the customer's discount size of 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20%. As well as bonus services (free) after a certain number of washes;
9. In the future, there should be the ability to send newsletters to those customers who had certain types of services done a certain time ago;
+Additional services:
1) Development of other advertising POS materials (price lists/flyers/stickers/banners) and creatives (design/texts) for further promotion of the ChatBot.
