Telegram bot for loyalty program

Development of a Telegram bot for a charity event with a system for issuing free drinks via QR code.

User mechanics:
- Scanning the QR code → entering the bot → confirming with a phone number
- Limitations: 1 activation per day, re-availability the next day.
- Activation history

Admin panel:
- Enabling/disabling the loyalty program
- Checking the user's activation history
- Exporting users/activation list to Excel
- Blocking/unblocking a user by phone number or username
- Granting admin rights by username
